This comprehensive certification training is designed for security system integrators seeking certification in RBH Access Control systems. We offer both in-class and online training options, providing flexible learning experiences. The training includes hands-on sessions with expert instructors, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge. Upon successful completion, attendees will receive a certification of completion.

Duration: 2 full days (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Format: In-class / Online
Requirement: 100% attendance and successful completion of the exam are mandatory for certification.
Languages: Training is available in English.

Training Program
During the training, participants will learn how to:
Configure and manage RBH Edition to establish secure access control environments.
Implement best practices for access scheduling, device naming, and system  maintenance.
Integrate security solutions with supported video surveillance and intrusion systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues using real-world scenarios and best practices.
 
Recommended System Requirements
Each participant will be provided with a laptop if attending in-person at our institute.
For Online Training, participants must have a laptop with the following minimum specifications:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro/Enterprise or Windows 11 Pro (latest service packs and updates applied).
Processor: Intel Core i5 (Quad Core) or higher.
RAM: 8GB minimum (16GB recommended).
Free Disk Space: 50GB minimum.
Ports & Network: 2 free USB ports and a Gigabit Ethernet adapter.
Screen Resolution: Minimum 1024 x 768 (1920 x 1080 recommended).
 
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once the proposed training date is accepted, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
No refunds will be issued for absence on a confirmed date, inadequate participation, or failure to pass the exam.
After confirming the training date, participants will receive preparatory materials. Completion of these materials is mandatory before the training day.
Delmi Training Institute reserves the right to refuse participation for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the participant will be notified.
